Congratulations are in order to long standing Rhondda Rotarian and Past President Jeff Cowland, on receiving his Wales Basketball International Cap.
Jeff, along with his fellow teammates have waited over 60 years to receive their Caps, which were presented by Wales Rugby International Ellis Jenkins, at the Holland House Hotel, Cardiff.
