Ascot Races Day

Rhondda Rotary held their fundraising Ascot Races Day on Thursday 18 June.
The weather was good and food was excellent again, which added to a very successful and enjoyable days racing.
The event raised just over £1,400, which is all thanks to the guests who showed their generous support by attending the day.
The money raised will be used to support various projects including Defibrillator Maintenance, Dementia Groups and Youth Development Schemes.
Rhondda Rotary are greatly appreciative to everyone who attended.
A big thank you also to Jan and the staff at Rhondda Golf Club for the excellent food and service provided, and to Dave Ritchie for providing the fantastic entertainment, to end the evening on a high.
