Llantwit Major Rotary club held their presidential handover virtual meeting on Monday 6th July. President Anthony Pugh opened the proceedings. He welcomed the guests including Tony Tarlton president of Llantwit Major Probus club.
He then inducted Elinor Norris to membership of the club. She was introduced by Mary Noyes. Elinor then gave a short resume of her career.
Anthony Pugh then handed over the presidency to Geoff Jones. Geoff thanked the club for the honour they had bestowed on him.
Geoff reminded members that the club would be celebrating the 40th anniversary of its charter in 2021 . It was agreed that this would be celebrated on 5th July 2021.
