Lunch meeting, Sitwell Arms, Bucknell

We enjoyed another lunch at the Sitwell Arms and were pleased to welcome three guests who will soon be members....


We are well looked after by the Sitwell, even if it is a little disorganised. After a roast pork lunch we welcomed back our travelling members Kim, Sheila and David as well as guests Rosemary, Emlyn and Roy. Roy is a founder member of the Club and has decided to rejoin after a number of years absence. He gave a short talk to remind us of the fun and fundraising of the past and how he is looking forward to the fun and fundraising of the future. We look forward to welcoming all our guests as members in the not too distant future. We also welcomed Nick's dog as a guest today - he was certainly better behaved than some of our members! See you next week for our speaker....
