Dinner and Speaker at the Baron

Tonight we welcomed Mike Hagen from Classrooms in the Clouds, an educational charity based in Nepal.


Mike gave us an excellent talk on the progress this charity has made in the Everest region of Nepal. You can see the slides from this presentation above......

“Classrooms in the Clouds” has built classrooms in existing schools, has supported teacher training, has encouraged local communities to build wells and increase access to safe water, and much, much more. 

This area is benefitting from increased ease of access but there is still a big need in this very poor region. We are proud to support CITC’s efforts. You can read more about Classrooms in the Clouds HERE.....
