Steak and Bowls at the Grove

We enjoyed another of our regular "Fifth Wednesday" evenings at the Grove


We had another enjoyable evening at the Grove with good

company and lots of laughter. We were delighted to welcome

Nick’s partner Kathy and guests Sue and Dave Fenlon from

Bucknell, as well as Chris and Jack Ruby and our regular 

S and B’ers Vi and Steve Sherring. There was, as usual, a

wide range of bowling skills and everyone had gutters as

well as strikes and spares - no one was immune to the ball

not going where we intended! The winner was Dave Fenlon

on 145 while Cath came second on 120, with a number of 

others nipping on their heels. A great evening again and 

thanks to Ivan for organising it - see you on August 29th!
