Seven of us pottered over the Builth Wells admiring the beautiful sunset on the way. The team comprised Norman, Sheila and Dave B and supporters were Ivan and Cathy, Kim and Heather. We were warmly welcomed by the members of the Builth Wells Rotary Club and were pleased to be there as they inducted a new member to their Club. After a pleasant meal and a bit of business, Christina Thorp ( our AG ) and quiz master Mike Axeford ( from Chrickhowell RC) joined us and the quiz started. Initially Builth steamed ahead but slowly and surely the Knights came from behind and, answering a range of interesting questions, fininshed the rout winning 51 to 39. The supporters will now follow the team to Erwood later in November to meet the Bryn Mawr Rotary in the next round. Well done to the Knights and sorry not to cheer more!
