A stand full of fun for the young and also something for the not so young. As with previous years, our stand had a tombola with everyone winning a prize. Cuddly toys, kindly donated by the Hi-Tide, Porthcawl, for the winning tickets and a selection of bubbles, games and stickers for all other tickets.
We also has a guess the wieght of the tub of marshmallows, guess the number of sweets in the bottle and guess the name of the giant teddy. The teddy is in the header photo held by Major of Bridgend County Borough Huw David with the High Sherrif of Mid Glamorgan, Sharon Davies, who both visited the Rotary Bridgend stand.
Unlike last year when the weather was fine and warm, this year the clouds opened as can be seen above. Despite this we were pleased to welcome many parents, grandparents and children to our stand and tell them about Rotary Bridgend, our centenary and the projects we are supporting.
