Rotary Ramble

Monthly ramble - Penarth
From the coastal path, with views of Steep Holm, Flat Holm and Mendip Hills, walking out on the pier. From Augustine’s Church views over Cardiff, we walked through three town parks. An ice cream from Fablas ice-cream parlour(recommended). Then walking part of the old Penarth to Barry railway route (closed in 1960), now a cycle/foot path.
Followed by lunch at The Captains Wife Pub just outside Sully.
