Breakfast Meeting.

We were delighted to welcome the District Governor, our own Wayne Morgan, to our Breakfast Meeting.

Wayne gave us insight into the Rotary in Great Britain and Ireland (RGBI) and District 1150, their objectives, with a notable emphasis on the Diversity, Inclusion and Equality initiative, and the challenges faced.

As for many other organisations, attracting new and retaining current members is a significant challenge. Wayne spoke of his views on how, whilst retaining the values of Rotary Bridgend for our members, we will need to look at new ways and opportunities to bring new poeple to Rotary.

Wayne opened up the floor to comments and questions with a positive and valuable discussion ensuing.
