Guest Speaker Bill Zajac, CADW Legislation and Policy Officer

Our speaker, Dr. Bill Zajac, Legislation and Policy Officer, Department of Economy, Skills and Natural Resources for CADW, provided us with a detailed and interesting description of both Ogmore Castle and Ewenny Priory.  

The excellent aerial photographs used, gave great insights into the planning of these buildings plus a good guide to the modifications made over the years.  

The historical links to various parts of South Wales were also highlighted.   Details of the CADW involved were also explained.   At very short notice Dr. Zajac also provided us with up-to-date information on the ongoing work of CADW at Coity Castle.
