On 10 November 2009 pupils from Orleans Park School in Twickenham heard from members of the Rotary Club of Twickenham upon Thames first and second hand experiences of life during the second World War

Technology Tournament led by Twickenham Rotary Club

more A Technology Tournament is run every year for schools in Richmond Borough. It is led by Twickenham Rotary Club with help from TuT and other local Rotary Clubs and up to twelve of the local schools. This year's Tournament took place on 19th March 2019

more Rotary Club members help with teaching and encouraging enthusiastic pupils in their regular Chess sessions, which have become very popular.

Madogo School experinces Kew Gardens and London

more In April 2012 two teachers and two pupils from Madago school in Kenyan spent two weeks in Waldegrave School for Girls as part of a cultural exchange between the two schools. Our club offered to show them higlights of Kew Gardens and Museum of London.

more A gala evening hosted by the participants of the course was enjoyed by all, including parents and sponsoring Rotarians

Rotary Young Chef competition 2015

more 12 students, 8 from Waldegrave School and 4 from Twickenham Academy showed their skills by each preparing a 2-course meal in the competition at Waldegrave School on 10 November 2015.

more Twelve aspiring young chefs competed in the facilities provided by Waldegrave School for Girls and produced mouth-watering results. The winner will progress to the next, Rotary District 1140, round.
