Among the things that Rotary Clubs are best recognised for is the annual Christmas collection. Every penny collected is put to good use either for local or for overseas charities.

Sometimes it gets a bit cold out there collecting so, if you can't spare a few bob, at least give us a smile!

Swimathon

Our Swimathon has become an annual event and has raised an enormous amount for local charities.

The Rotary Shoebox Scheme ("Spreading a Little Happiness") sends filled gift boxes to disadvantaged children and adults in eastern Europe. But we need your help!

We raise funds with events like Christmas Collections, the Rotary Swimathon, Race Nights, Quiz Evenings, etc. We also perform community activities such as the Heathfield Junior School Chess Club. All of those activities require help and support, so we ru

Our Club History

In 2025 the Rotary Club of Twickenham celebrated their 100 years centenary. A lot has happened since the club was founded in 1925 and we are justifiably proud of our heritage. The following is a brief history of some of the club's important landmarks.
