The Teddington Village fair returns to Udney Hall Gardens and bookings are open for stall holders.

The Teddington Village Fair is back on the 22nd June and stall bookings are now open for those wishing to take part.

The fair aims to bring together all our local charities and community groups for a celebration of the Teddington Community. Please come and support the fair as all funds raised will go to our local charity fund that is used throughout the year to support projects in our area.

Please read the details below and use the link to access the application form if you are happy with the terms and conditions outlined below.

BOOKING INFORMATION:

  • One Pitch is 3m square. Pitches can be booked in multiples.  There is no up-front charge for a pitch, but we request a donation is made to our Charity Fund reflecting your earnings on the day as soon as possible after the event. For commercial activities we request that this be no less than 15% of your takings with a minimum of £50 per pitch. For Charities and Community Groups we suggest 5% of monies collected or a minimum of £10 per pitch.
  • You need to bring your own Table(s) and Chairs and are allowed to erect a gazebo for inclement weather. It is the stallholder’s responsibility to ensure gazebos are safely erected and adequately weighted down.
  • Vehicles are allowed on site from 08:00 but must be off site before 12:00 & will not be allowed back until after 17:30.
  • No electricity or water is provided unless you have made specific arrangements with the organisers. The use of generators will not be allowed unless they are Battery based units with zero emissions.
  • Stallholders to remove all recyclable rubbish and food waste from the site. Some bins are provided for non-recyclable rubbish and public use.
  • All stall holders must provide a basic risk assessment covering their activities and have suitable Public Liability Insurance in place.
  • All outlets selling food and drinks need to supply evidence of current public liability insurance and comply with London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (LBRuT) regulations. We also encourage all food outlets NOT to use plastic straws and to minimise the use of single use plastic.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission to Stallholders/Traders whose activity/service is NOT as described.
  • We reserve the right to refuse permission for you to undertake an activity or sell a product on your stall that contravenes LBRuT regulations.
  • Face painters are asked not to use products containing microbeads.
  • Bookings will only be confirmed once you provide any documentation requested by the organisers.
