Hartley Wintney Festival 2026

The Village Festival

Festival arena

The Hartley Wintney Village Festival has been organised by the Rotary Club of Hart since 1992 and is a firm favourite for many who return year after year.

The Festival has a traditional range of attractions including a wide variety of stalls, bouncy castles, children’s entertainers, donkey rides/petting, classic cars & agricultural machinery displays, a dog show, a fairground, bar, food outlets and a central arena for displays and entertainment. The festival opens at 1200 with a procession, entries are judged in the arena and prizes are awarded.

Programmes are available in advance and on the day with proceeds from programme sales and the procession collection going to St Michael’s hospice based in Basingstoke which supports people across North Hampshire who have a life-limiting illness, are facing the end-of-life or are experiencing bereavement.

In 2026, the Festival will be on Saturday June 13th from midday to 5pm - reserve the date in your diary!
