Cyber Security Talk

Part of our Rotary Connections series of meetings

On Tuesday 20th January we held another of our meetings aimed at Small and Medium Local Businesses. The aim of the meetings is to support local businesses at a time of change and to work together with them in developing their strengths and working with the local community.

We were lucky to have John Caiger, a local Ewell businessman, to talk about Cyber Security. It was a wide ranging talk focussing on what threats there are, how to recognise them, and how to build an effective deterrent in your own company. We were all from different backgrounds, but John's talk enabled us all to understand the threats and learn how to mitigate them.

The meeting started at 6pm which some people felt was a little early and so our next in the series will start at 6:30.

Thanks go to, not only John, but the team supporting the meeting and the lovely audience.
