Induction of Joe Proops

And so a new Rotary Year begins.......

Joe Proops was inducted as the new President of Epsom Rotary on 10th July 2025 at Koza restaurant in Epsom.  Past President Jim Munns handed over the chain of office to him on behalf of Past President Carol Caiger and himself, the two Co-presidents of 2024-2025.

Formal thanks were given by Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow Dave Ayres for a really successful and busy year.  Past President and Paul Harris Fellow Tony Axelrod took the chair for the Induction Ceremony itself, bringing back memories of Past President and Paul Harris Fellow John Goddard who fulfilled that function for many years..  Past President and Paul Harris Fellow Chris Shortt proposed the toast to Joe Proops.

Joe inducted all the new officers for the year 2025-26.

The food was good and plentiful and we were looked after well by the Koza team.

We all wish Joe the best of luck for a successful year and will be working hard to ensure that we deliver his plans.
