FAMILY FRIDAYS - BID - EPSOM MARKETPLACE

Fri, Aug 30th 2024 at 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Final day of this highly entertaining and popular community event

Family Fridays - BID - GO Epsom - 30 August 2024

On 30 August saw the final Family Fridays for the benefit of the community bringing into Epsom Town Centre an array of families and the community to enjoy the free entertainment organised by the Business Improvement District and GO EPSOM - namely behind these organisations, Karen Pengally and Paul Taylor who expressed overall how happy the event as a whole went, seeing everyone enjoy themselves and meeting people from within and around Epsom and other out of town visitors. They also expressed their thanks to Epsom Rotary Club.

The weather was again kind for us and the children enjoyed back to back magic shows and puppet shows, challenging wall climbing, teacup rides, and arts n crafts. We held a peg game of chance again with small prizes and children made glittery sparkling friendship cards - possibly at a count of at least 120 children. Thanks is also expressed to our great team at Epsom Rotary Club for their excellent marshalling, promotion of Epsom Rotary Club and Party in the Park. Thanks too is also expressed to members of the Rotary Club of Ewell who had also helped at sessions. Donations were also kindly received from the public.
