Weekly meeting Cuddington - Club Assembly

Meeting at Cuddington (changed from Haywain) where next years officers tell us their plans.
Unfortunately this has had to be changed from the Haywain as they have a Haywain Staff event there that day. Cuddington have managed to squeeze us in. This meeting is when next year's team will tell you their plans for the club. It's also when you can come along and make suggestions!! We will attempt to stream the meeting via Zoom to make it available to shielding and remote viewers. The signal at Cuddington is known to be flakey so it will be "Best Endeavours"

We have evening and lunchtime meetings to cater for all our members differing requirements. At present we are also using Zoom to extend our meetings to those living a distance away from Epsom or who are unable to attend in person.
