Epsom Young Musicians triumph at Rotary District 1145 final, Jasmine Bingham gaining first place in the vocalists’ section and Dominic Nong second in the instrumentalists. They are both students at Epsom College and gave breath-taking performances in the competition which took place at St Catherine’s School, Bramley on Sunday 24 February. Jasmine and Dominic will go forward to the Regional Finals to be held in Godalming on 7 April. They were not without stiff competition, as Epsom’s other candidates, Isabella Mackie, Ben Abbott and all those who took part were truly outstanding.
