Born in Croydon, our Mayor has always been driven by her desire to help people.
She became involved in politics at the age of 16, becoming a councillor for the first time in 2014.
She is married to Mark, her consort, and they have two children. They also run their own IT business, based in Croydon.
Her proudest achievement during her time as a councillor is having been instrumental in the reopening of Ashburton Hall after a large refit by the Council. This has allowed her to help the community to set up several other community events based out of the Hall, including the Addiscombe Winter Carnival and the Addiscombe Treasure Hunt.
