In her role at the Home Office, Pratibha Dale MBE (known as Pat) has contributed greatly to the shared aims of stakeholders and partnership engagement in many boroughs. She has well-established links with Housing, Fraud, No Recourse to Public Funds and other teams within local authorities. This benefits the business, especially in areas where a degree of diplomacy and sensitivity is required.
Demonstrating positive attitude and passion Pat works proactively, collaboratively, and influentially with team members, stakeholders and wider colleagues. Outside of work Pat has given 17 years as a volunteer to the youth offending service. She is a Soroptimist (a member of a global volunteer movement working together to transform the lives of women and girls) and serves communities locally, nationally, and internationally. She speaks on human smuggling, female genital mutilation (FGM) and people trafficking and has worked on these issues in the community since 2002.
In February 2020, the Home Office awarded Pat a Certificate of Excellence in recognition of her exceptional contribution to the Operational Delivery Profession.
