The Classic Car Event took place on Sunday 7th September at The Clockhouse Lane Recreational Park, Ashford, TW15 1BX from 11.00a.m to 4.00p.m
This year was a joint event with Ashford Wide and included not only the Classic cars but as usual other amusements for the children, stalls and Catering outlets, ice cream vendor and a licensed bar. It made a truly interesting and enjoyable day out for all the family.
We were lucky with the weather and had a lovely warm summer day - fun was had by all !

A group of Rotarians from the club visited the KSS Air Ambulance at their base at Redhill Aerodrome to donate £3000 from President Gordons Rotary Charity during his presidential Year.

Our President Anthea and President Elect Gordon recently took a trip down to Newbury to deliver some Medical Supplies to Dr John Philip one of the main Rotary co-ordinators organizing regular shipments of much needed items to Ukraine.

Two Rotarians, Anthea and Gordon recently attended St Michael’s Primary School in Ashford to make a special “Service Above Self Award” presentation to a young pupil of the school.

Supplying year 5 children in the primary Schools in Ashford and Stanwell as part of the dictionary4Life (D4L) Literacy project . These are delivered to pupils during the new Autumn term.
