The Club promotes a fundraising film evening in the Village Hall in Denholm
On Saturday 16th, a fundraising event took place in Denholm Village Hall when over twenty members and friends watched 'One Life' starring Anthony Hopkins and Helena Bonham Carter, the story of Nicholas Winton and the Kindertransport in 1939 of 669 children from Prague to safety in Britain. Funds raised by this event are to support Burnfoot Buskers, a group of young fiddle players.
