Scott Elliot: Cruising

On 16^th May at Mansfield House Hotel, our own stalwart Scott Elliot spoke about his fondness for Cruising. This was a most interesting talk with Scott highlighting ports visited, facilities on the ships, and characters he had met. He has been on over seventy cruises. He revealed that his favourite cruise line was Fred Olsen and his favourite destination the Caribbean. Club members have sought to persuade Scott to speak about his cruises for some time but he has always claimed that his poor memory would make that difficult. His presentation at this meeting belied that and Club Secretary Andy Tyler led members in a well-merited vote of thanks.
