Hawick Rotary's 2024 phase began with a photographic competition set up by Club Secretary Andy Tyler, Andy chose 20 scenes from his travels and asked members to identify the locations. He followed this with 20 animals and birds, which proved every bit as challenging.
Meanwhile, Linden Warburton continues to lead our Lend With Care team, and reports that during December three loans had been repaid in full, and that two further loans were being made by the Club of £30 each to a women's group in Malawi and to a tradesman in Pakistan. Although these loans may seem small in our terms, they are combined with similar amounts from other Clubs and groups to make a considerable difference to the recipients.
