Young Chef National Final

National Final at Perth College
Jessica Scott, a Sixth Year student at Hawick High School had won the local Hawick heat of Rotary's Young Chef competition, and then was placed second in the Area Final at Peebles High School. Next step was to go on to the National Final at Perth along with Lacey Harrison from Peebles.
Jessica was not placed in the first three nationally but our photos show wahat a wonderful job she made of her three-course offering.
A great experience for her!
