The next round of Rotary' District 1020 Quiz.. Preceded by Council
President Jim Walker welcomed members from
Langholm Rotary Club last week for the semi-final of the Rotary District
Quiz. Hawick was represented by President Jim, Linden Warburton, Kerr
Scott and Ron Smith while the Langholm team was Peter Forsyth, Jim Muir, Kenneth
Pool and Steven Tweddle while John Elliot and Gordon Weatherstone also
attended. The quizmaster was Alan McCredie and Langholm ran out
comfortable winners at 22-13 and go on to the final.
