Community Chest Award for February

Acting Head Helena McHugh informed told us that the shared outside space at the School had been designed creatively with input from parents and pupils to include different surfaces, and support challenges and activities. The community chest grant from our club will go towards further development of this area to include an outdoor classroom.

President Alan Dunton presented the cheque for £300 to Kira Fjodorova and Edward Millar who are both members of the Pupil Council at the School.  Acting Head Helena McHugh and Parent Councillor Clare Bennett also attended and are shown with Kira, Edward and President Alan in the group photo.

We wish the School well in the development of their outdoor classroom which we are sure will prove to be a valuable asset.
