On a very hot evening at Pinner Hill Golf Club we had a full house of 50 Rotarians and guests attending our Club Handover. This included a number of Rotarians from London District joining us to mark this special occasion.
We had plenty to celebrate! In addition to welcoming our 2025-26 President Cathy Kim and our new and returning club officers, we were celebrating July 1st being our first day as a London District 1130 club. We were delighted to welcome District Governor Adrian Faiers on his first day in office and were also honoured to be welcoming him as a new member of Pinner Rotary.
One of Adrian’s first tasks as DG was to present outgoing President John Whitehead with a sapphire Paul Harris Fellowship. This was awarded by the Club in recognition of the outstanding role John has played in developing the Club including increasing membership, introducing Corporate Membership and taking us into London District.
We are all looking forward to an exciting and productive year ahead.
