A very successful and enjoyable evening

This was a challenging event as we experimented with cooking food on the night for our 106 quizzers, a daunting task. From the reactions of those taking part this worked well and enabled us to raise even more money. The total profit including the raffle was £1,450 which will go to various Rotary supported charities.

Our thanks to Alan and Hilary Coulson, our quizmasters, who produced their usual high standard of quiz.

Also thanks to all the participants and volunteers who gave so generously to the raffle and helped make the evening so enjoyable.
