The following shall apply:-
1. Each club admitted to membership after June 5th 1922 shall conform with the current Standard
Rotary GB&I Club Constitution and By-laws.
2. A club admitted to membership in the Area on or before June 5th 1922 shall conform with the
Standard Rotary GB&I Club Constitution and By-laws except for such differences as shall have been
notified to and acknowledged by the Board of Rotary International prior to December 31st
1989, and shall not change any part of its Constitution and By-laws unless such change
conforms to the Standard Club Constitution and By-laws.
The Rotary Club of Edinburgh was founded in 1912 and Chartered in 1913. In accordance with the above Article it can have its own Constitution which can be found HERE.
