Please advise the Club Secretary, (by using CONTACT above) if you are a visitor and plan to attend the meeting in person. We meet in The Scotsman Hotel, North Bridge at 12:30 for 12:45 pm when President Prasad will open the meeting. In order to facilitate the preparation of lunch by the hotel, please sign in at the registration desk before 12:40.
Alternatively visitors can log in to the meeting via Zoom from 12:30 pm. Please advise proposed attendance using CONTACT above to receive joining instructions.
Once the speaker has finished and the more formal part of the meeting is over at about 13:20, lunch will be served to those in the hotel. Zoom usually closes shortly thereafter.
For the less mobile, there is an entry door to the Scotsman Hotel on Market Street, opposite the Waverley Station Entrance. Entry is by intercom with a lift to Level 3 where we will be meeting.
