Rotary Club of Alloa President Celia Norton and Vocational Service Convenor Bill Aikman welcomed this year's Euroscola candidate Ambreen Rosool from Dollar Academy to join the club for lunch.
Ambreem thanked the club for nominating her to attend the event in Strasbourg which involves a venture into European Politics and will be mainly carried out using skills in the use of the French Language. Ambreen said that Politics and French are two of her main interests.
She was accompanied by Dollar Academy Senior Modern Language Lecturer Cheryl Bowie, who has been involved with, and attended, the Rotary Euroscola project in the past.
Ambreen is looking forward to giving the club a full report on her experience when she returns.
