Every year, normally in June, the Rotary Club of Dumfries holds a Charity Golf Am Am competition at Dumfries and County Golf Club. (This year we held our 31st Am Am on Friday 14th June). All of the proceeds go to charity and each year a new charity is nominated to receive the funds.
Teams of four compete for the prestigious first prize using a modified Stakeford scoring system.
In addition there are prizes for:

Best score at nominated Hole

Nearest the Pin on a nominated Green for Ladies
Longest Drive from a nominated Tee for Men
Longest Drive from a nominated Tee for Ladies
The competition is open to all and how to enter next year’s competition will be published on this website nearer the time.
