Ian Barr lives in Moffat and has three daughters in their 20s.
He currently works as Dumfries & Galloway Council's Principal Events Officer, and in this role oversees the delivery of the regional Major Festivals and Events Strategy 2018-2021.
Jamesie Burns and the Bicycle Thieves is the first in a proposed quartet of children's adventures stories, with the intention that each successive story is published on Burns Night each year.
