International Service


As well as supporting the local and national needs, Rotary also has a commitment to the International community.  Disaster relief is needed all too often and help is provided mainly through Shelterbox, Aquabox and Disaster Aid.  These are all Rotary partner organisations and are often one of the first relief agencies on the scene of disasters and natural catastrophes.

Rotary throughout the world has been a major supporter of Polio eradication; Clubs in Great Britain have donated in excess of £20m.  See the current position at End Polio Now.
