Until COVID hit us all, 'The Upbeats Walk' had become a firm fixture in our calendar and one which we were immensely proud to support. During 'lockdown' our President Keith Wisdom joined so many others in finding more creative ways to raise vital funds for this fabulous cause. In his case, Keith took to walking around his garden carrying his golf clubs, raising over £2000 in the process.
The Charlton Upbeats programme is for young people and adults with Down's syndrome and has been running for 14 years. The programme is entirely funded by voluntary donations and brings so much pleasure to so many.
Club members, supported by family and friends, will join all the others on a 9 mile walk from Charlton Athletic's Training Ground in Eltham to their stadium at 'The Valley'.

With your help, we can match that figure of £2000 again this year.
Thank you all for your continued support.
