It really was an absolute pleasure to welcome our honoured guests to join us this week at our evening meeting.
Councillor Hunt has been a huge support to our club over the last two years. He was instrumental in us gaining permission to take to the streets with our annual Goodwill Week collection, when we all very much weighed down by the pressures of COVID. Indeed, he has even joined us for the last two years dressed in full regalia! We've already signed him up for next Christmas.
The one common link between the Mayoral office and the Rotary Club of Erith, is our support for local charities. Click on the following link to find out about the Bexley Appeal and how you can lend your support to this wonderful cause.
Finally, as a club, we would like to thank The Mayor for his support and wish him all the very best for his remaining time in office and wish both he and his wife Christine, a well deserved rest when it finally does come to an end.
