Another 9 miles walked in support of this wonderful cause! Time for new shoes next year for some I suspect but they wouldn't miss it for the world!
The Charlton Upbeats is a self-funded programme, which supports children and adults with Down's syndrome and has currently more than 170 young people on their books. They not only play in the Kent Adult Disability League but the project also provides them and their families with the opportunity to participate in social events, trips and leisure activities.
Well done Charlton Athletic Community Trust and well done The Upbeats! See you next year!
