Donation to Sandown School to help replace play equipment destroyed by vandals

Rotary Club of Deal donates £300 to Sandown School to replace equipment ruined by vandals

_______________________________________________________________

Last December, EKM reported that vandals had broken in to Sandown Primary School, Golf Road, Deal and had destroyed and contaminated outdoor play equipment used by 4 & 5 year old reception class children.

Deal Rotarian’s were shocked to read the report  of such wanton destruction to play equipment, used by the youngest children in the school.

The Club contacted Sandown School. with an offer of help to replace the ruined equipment and have now donated £300, to help them replace all of the equipment the mindless individuals chose to destroy.
