SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING 5th December, 2023

THE ROTARY CLUB of Bexhill-on-Sea

The business of the Special General Meeting will be to:

1 Treasurer Receive and approve the examined accounts for the year up to 30th June, 2023.

2 President Confirm Rotarian Hugh Allen as President 2024-25 and Rotarian David Dixson as President Elect.

3 Treasurer/ To confirm or, if other candidates, elect Treasurer (Rotarian Charles Taylor) and
Secretary (Rotarian Stephen White).

4 Vice PresidentTo elect a club Vice President for the year 2024-25.

5 Secretary Elect voting delegates and their deputies to the National Conference. (one delegate and additional delegate – and substitute- for every 25 or major fraction thereof of its active members)
