Rules for Environmental Competition.

Competition rules

 

1.         The competition is open to Year 9 students attending Bexhill Academy and St Richard’s Catholic College.

 

2.         Entries may be written, PowerPoint or video presentation.

 

3.         Students are expected to consider not just the environmental issues but also the economic and social impact on the supplier countries.

 

4.         Any views expressed or conclusions reached must relate to the research undertaken. All entries must be supported by a list of sources quoted in their presentation

 

5.         Written presentations should be a minimum of 1,000 words plus tables charts etc; PowerPoint presentations and videos of between 5 - 10 minutes duration. 

 

6.         Students may work individually or as team but each must submit their own report. 

 

7.         Entries may be submitted by email to bcoperotary@outlook.com or by post to 25 Pages Lane, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex TN39 3RD. 

 

8.         The competition closing date is 30th March 2022

 

9.         Please make sure to clearly identify your entry with your name, class and school. 

 

 

 

The club will choose three entries from each of the two schools with each of the winning entrants receiving a‘Science Museum Build Your Own Robotic Arm Kit’.
