Entertainment 

RX Shantymen to sing for us on 29th September.  (Mick Bovee, Scott Reid, Jon Tigwell & Tom Kelly. They sing to raise money for charity too).  

"We have been singing together for around 2 years but as individuals have been singing solo or in other groups for longer than each of us would care to remember. We started the group purely because we are mates, enjoy shanties and thought that our voices would blend well together. Although we perform all over the UK and Europe, our particular interest is in trying to ensure that these songs, and their part in our maritime heritage, are not lost so we do a lot of work with schools in East Sussex teaching youngsters about the songs and their meanings."
