Bexhill Rotary help with Bexhill Caring Community hampers
BEXHILL ROTARY HELPS WITH BEXHILL CARING COMMUNITY HAMPERS
During the last few days, Bexhill Rotarians have been working very closely with Bexhill Caring Community packing and delivering Christmas hampers to the needy of Bexhill.
Jackie Haggerty, Manager at Bexhill Caring Community, had already amassed piles of food items and goods from a wide variety of kind donors but she then needed volunteers to pack loads of hampers and deliver them. This is where Bexhill Rotary Club spearheaded by Naz Manji, Chairman of the Community Service Committee, sprang into action with their first task being to pack the hampers, with the help of Bexhill Mayor Cllr Frances Winterborn and Bexhill Rotary President John Cooper, at the Bexhill Caring Community
