Youth Speaks 2012 - 2013

Annual Public Speaking Competition at Vine Hall School


Once again the Rotary clubs of Battle and Bexhill organised another scintillating local heat of the annual Rotary Youth Speaks, a public speaking competition covering the whole of the country.

This year the heat, with teams from local schools, was hosted by Vinehall School on Thursday 7th February.  As in previous years, there were two competitions, one for teams at Intermediate Level (for ages between 11 and 13) and another at Senior Level (for ages 14 to 17).  Each team chose its own subject with presentations lasting for 15 minutes with teams of three
