Swan song - This term derived from the legend that, while they are mute during the rest of their lives, swans sing beautifully and mournfully just before they die.

Cost: £18.25 per person
Menu
Starters:
· Ham Hock Salad, Cauliflower Couscous and Sweet and Sour Dressing
· Trio of Melon with Crisp Pancetta and Mustard Seed Dressing
Main Course:
· Roast Loin of Pork with Apple Sauce
· Poached Haddock with Parsley Sauce
Both served with vegetables of the day.
Puddings:
· Lemon Tart with Rasberry Coulis
· Chocolate Orange Meringue Roulade
