Highcliffe War Memorial Rejuvenation

Thu, Feb 19th 2026 at 3:04 pm- Tue, Sep 1st 2026 - 5:04 pm

This is a Rotary led project together with Community engagement and effort to clean and remark the names inscribed on the War Memorial in advance of the 2026 Remembrance Day Service.

Local organisations and residents are being invited to help restore the Highcliffe War Memorial, where the names of those who served in two world wars have faded over time. The appeal is being coordinated by Highcliffe Rotary, with funds raised via a JustGiving page to pay for professional cleaning and re-marking of the inscriptions, as a listed memorial, specialist care is required.

The project is being managed in close coordination with the parish council and local church. For enquiries or to offer support:  david@highclifferotary.club | 07876 144 133
