Please send your confirmation of attendance and menu choices for each person attending as this information is relayed to the servers who will deliver the right meal choice to each guest.
Members who pay the full amount of subscriptions are covered for themselves and wife/partner. Members who pay subscriptions as singles are covered but bringing a guest or guests are charged for.
The cost of the evening is £37.50 per person for a three course dinner with some entertainment during the evening. The full menu can be found below
When providing choice of meal, if there are any dietary requirements please indicate this when replying to the Secretary as he has to give the Hotel full information in terms of numbers, table plan and meal choices on Friday 5th June. So please respond with full information about meal choices and seating arrangement by no later than Wednesday 3rd June.
