During the pandemic we collected a range of recipes that are quick and easy to prepare using easy to find, economical ingredients and have put them all together in our cookbook which we are selling to raise funds for our local food banks and families who are struggling.
There are four sections in the book; Lite Bites and Snacks, Main Meals and Suppers, Vegetarian recipies and Desserts and Cakes.
It is not a book for elegant dinner parties, but simply a collection of recipies, many of which could be cooked by children, with supervision, and are designed primarily to feed and satisfy a hungry family, big or small, after a hard day at work or school.
In total there are 124 recipies and at £6 is good value.
The cover illustrations were drawn by pupils at Wyvern College.
